Pricing Is Different For Each Event And Each Market
Every event and market is so unique our pricing mirrors that diversity.
Bar-only rentals start at $600 for 4hours. This is a perfect option when you already have a caterer lined up or are booking a venue that requires you use their staff to serve their alcohol. In this case your caterer or venue will provide the bar staff, stock it and provide all glassware.
The cocktail pop up bar is $100/hour with a minimum of 4 hours.
The Mobile Keg Bar includes:
- 4 taps
- Delivery and set up
- C02 gas bottle
- Chiller unit
- Keg tapping equipment
- 10m extension lead

The Cocktail pop up bar includes:
- 3 Cocktails of your choice
- Cocktail bartender(s)
- Cocktail glassware
- Reusable straws
- Cocktail making equipment

- Non-alcoholic cocktail ingredients
How much notice do you need to book an event?
Usually a minimum of 3 week is required for the Keg bar and 1 week for the cocktail bar, but the more notice we have gives us time to prepare and source necessary ingredients.
We love a road trip! 30minutes of travel to and from your event is included in the base rental rates. Extended travel is billed hourly and overnight events can be easily planned for.
Why Not Put It On Tap
Bottles are fine but it's more fun on tap. So it's your choice. Our bars can pour draft beer, cider, still and sparkling wine. The draft system improves the guest experience by speeding up service, eliminating a tremendous amount of waste and lowering your alcohol cost ... not to mention who doesn't think this is the coolest thing, ever. It's like a craft beer festival on wheels.
We work with a variety of distributors and can get kegs of beer, seltzer, prosecco, cider, cold brew, juices, teas, and sodas.
You Don't Have To Use Our Bartenders
And you won't hurt our feelings if you are working with a caterer for your event. They are more than welcome to staff and stock the bar. We just have to approve the caterer prior to the event. Remember when you rent a bar from us you are responsible for any damage so make sure you are comfortable with the caterer and their staff.
We Don't Provide The Alcohol
In accordance with WA Liquor Licensing we are unable to provide the alcohol.
However we will put you in contact with our supplier so you can order and pay them directly. We will collect and pre-chill all kegs and other alcohol purchases made through them before your event.
However, in regards to the cocktail bar, we will supply you with a list detailing the required type and amount of alcohol needed for your preferred cocktails.
We Need a Little Space
The bars are petite little things but you need to plan for its location. The mobile bar is 1.45m wide by 2.7m long. The truck can easily fit into all outdoor spaces and indoor spaces as well as long as there is a ramp and double doors. Please consider these dimensions in your planning. These dimensions are especially important if you are tenting an area and want to be able to pull the bars under the tent in the event of bad weather.
How long does your set up take?
This depends on your number of guests, venue access and requested set up. Usually this ranges from 1-2 hours.

We have different decorative pieces that we can include at your event or you can decorate with your own pieces.
We Are Fully Insured
We carry general liability insurance and can provide copies upon request.
Secure your booking!
To confirm your booking, we request a deposit of 50%, which can be settled through a bank transfer or credit/debit card payment. The outstanding balance must be settled 2 weeks before your scheduled event.
Can I cancel or change the date of my event?
If the date of your event changes, we will work with you to rearrange the date at no extra cost. When cancelling an event, deposits made are non-refundable. Other circumstances will be assessed on a case by case basis.
